Angela Perkins

As Director of Operations, Angela works closely with CAP Northwest advisors, team members, and strategic partners to help ensure the firm operates efficiently and effectively. She serves as a key resource for advisors by providing operational guidance, coordinating internal processes, and helping navigate the many moving parts involved in supporting clients and growing a successful practice. Angela is passionate about helping others succeed and takes pride in creating a strong foundation that allows advisors to focus on serving their clients.

Angela believes exceptional operations are built on communication, organization, and a commitment to service. Since joining CAP Northwest in 2020, she has developed extensive knowledge of the firm’s systems, workflows, and resources, allowing her to proactively solve problems and improve efficiencies across the organization. She approaches every challenge with a collaborative mindset and strives to create seamless experiences for advisors, clients, and team members alike. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to excellence have made her an invaluable part of the CAP Northwest leadership team.

Family is at the center of Angela’s life, both at home and at work. She deeply values the relationships she has built within the CAP Northwest team and considers many of her colleagues an extension of her family. As Director of Operations, she is passionate about fostering a supportive culture where people feel valued, connected, and empowered to succeed. Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, making memories with loved ones, and exploring the beauty and adventure the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She takes great pride in being part of the CAP Northwest family and helping contribute to the firm’s continued growth and success.
