As Chief of Staff at CAP Northwest, Aspen works closely with advisors, leadership, and prospective advisors exploring affiliation opportunities with the firm. She serves as a bridge between advisors and management, helping ensure advisors have the support, resources, and communication they need to grow successful practices. Aspen also leads the firm’s recruiting efforts, guiding prospective advisors through the discovery and onboarding process while helping them understand the value, culture, and opportunities available through CAP Northwest.

Aspen believes that strong relationships and proactive communication are the foundation of exceptional service. Since joining CAP Northwest, she has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities, earning a promotion to Chief of Staff where she now oversees recruiting, office operations, and advisor support initiatives. Her role focuses on connecting people, solving problems, and ensuring that advisors receive timely support while leadership remains informed about advisor needs and opportunities. Drawing from her background in healthcare, Aspen brings empathy, organization, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Whether coordinating projects, supporting advisors, facilitating strategic initiatives, or meeting with prospective advisors, she is committed to creating a positive and seamless experience for everyone she serves. Before entering the financial services industry, Aspen built a successful career in healthcare, where she developed a deep passion for helping people navigate important life decisions with confidence and care. Today, she brings that same servant-hearted approach to her work at CAP Northwest. Outside of the office, Aspen is a devoted wife and mother to two wonderful children who inspire her daily. Family is at the center of everything she does, and she understands firsthand the importance of planning for the future and creating financial security for those you love.
