Susan Marshall

With over 29 years of experience in the Spokane area, Susan Marshall is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Financial Advisor who is passionate about helping clients achieve financial success at every stage of life. She specializes in business accounting and retirement planning, working closely with business owners to provide guidance on accounting, employment, and tax strategies. Through years of collaboration with entrepreneurs, she has gained valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities that come with running a business, allowing her to offer practical, real-world advice.

As her career evolved, Susan naturally transitioned into financial advising, helping business owners and individuals navigate the path to retirement with confidence. With her extensive background in business, tax, and financial planning, she now works with a diverse range of clients—from young professionals just starting to retirees enjoying their next chapter—helping them plan for a secure and fulfilling future. Outside of her professional life, Susan enjoys a full and vibrant life with her family. For more than two decades, they’ve called Five Mile Prairie home, drawn to its beautiful sunsets and peaceful surroundings. When she’s not helping clients or spending time with her family, Susan enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and traveling, finding peace and clarity in nature to recharge and bring fresh perspectives to her work. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Eastern Washington University. She became a licensed CPA in 1999 and holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential from the AICPA. Throughout her career, Susan has also earned certifications as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
